Stage two will host seven investment projects, including PVC production, drip irrigation systems, and processing of cotton, rice, grains, and oilseeds. An industrial park will also be established within the center.
The project will receive 185.1 billion tenge in investment and generate 1,150 jobs. Minister Shakkaliyev emphasized that the center is expected to strengthen Kazakhstan–Uzbekistan trade and economic relations, boosting mutual trade to an estimated $10 billion within the next five years.
