Pakistan–Uzbekistan Brotherhood Reflected in Islamabad’s Tashkent Street, Babur Park Initiative

ISLAMABAD:- Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev Thursday unveiled two commemorative plaques of Tashkent Street and Babur Park in Islamabad, APP reported.

A road in sector F-10 of Islamabad has been renamed as Tashkent Street. Both leaders unveiled a commemorative plaque to name the road in F-10 as Tashkent Street.

In addition, Babur Park will be constructed in sector F-7 of Islamabad. The Prime Minister and President of Uzbekistan unveiled the plaque to mark the construction of Babur Park in F-7.

The naming of the road in Islamabad as Tashkent Street and the construction of Babur Park in F-7 are a reflection of the brotherly relations between the two countries.
