ISLAMABAD — The Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and Ambassador of Turkmenistan, H.E. Atadjan Movlamov, along with resident Ambassadors and High Commissioners, hosted a reception at the Marriott Hotel Islamabad on June 23, 2026.
The event was organized to bid farewell to the Ambassadors of Bulgaria, Italy, and Greece upon the completion of their diplomatic assignments in Pakistan. Following their departure from Islamabad, the outgoing diplomats are scheduled to proceed to Sofia, Yangon, and Boston, respectively.
The reception also served to formally welcome the newly arrived High Commissioners and Ambassadors representing Canada, Portugal, Denmark, Ethiopia, and the Republic of Korea to the Islamabad diplomatic community.
