Turkish Investment in Kyrgyzstan Nearly Doubles, Ranks Among Top Three

Tรผrkiye has surged into the top three foreign investors in Kyrgyzstan after almost doubling its investment inflows during the first nine months of last year.

From January to September 2025, Turkish investment totaled $139.5 million, up sharply from $71.3 million in the same period of 2024 โ€” a 95.5 percent increase. The strong performance lifted Tรผrkiye to third place among Kyrgyzstanโ€™s foreign investors, behind only China and Russia, The Caspian Post reported via Kyrgyz media.

In total, Kyrgyzstan attracted $885 million in foreign direct investment over the nine-month period, marking an 18.4 percent rise compared to a year earlier and reflecting a broader upward trend in capital inflows.

The rapid growth in Turkish investment underscores deepening economic cooperation between Ankara and Bishkek and highlights Kyrgyzstanโ€™s increasing attractiveness as a key investment hub in Central Asia.
