Turkmen Law Student Wins Second Place at International Science Competition

N. Bayriev, a fourth-year law student at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, secured second place at the 23rd International Research Competition, Best Scientific Work โ€“ 2025.

The contest was organized by the International Center for Scientific and Educational Cooperation in Penza, Russia, and was held online, The Caspian Post reported, citing Turkmen media.

Bayrievโ€™s research paper, titled โ€œThe Legal Foundations of National Security in Turkmenistan and the Specifics of Ensuring It,โ€ earned high praise from the jury for its depth, analytical strength and relevance.

The study was conducted under the supervision of O. Sukhanberdieva, a senior lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law and a candidate of legal sciences.
