Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree appointing Yelnur Beiisenbayev as Head of the Domestic Policy Department of the Presidential Administration.
The appointment represents a кадров change within the administration as the government continues efforts to обнов its leadership structure, The Caspian Post reported, citing Kazakh media.
Earlier, by a separate presidential decree, Raimbek Batalov was appointed External Advisor to the President of Kazakhstan.
