ISLAMABAD: – Officials from the Royal Thai Embassy recently paid a visit to the historic Takht-i-Bahi archaeological site, where they were given a detailed briefing on the ongoing restoration and conservation efforts. During the visit, the embassy representatives expressed their admiration for the exemplary work carried out by the Directorate of Archaeology and Museums, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in preserving this UNESCO World Heritage site. They highlighted the significance of such initiatives in safeguarding the region’s rich cultural heritage and praised the authorities for maintaining the site’s historical integrity while promoting its educational and tourism potential.
