PAF fighter jets pay grand salute to Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev
ISLAMABAD:- Pakistan Air Force (PAF) fighter jets paid a grand aerial salute to Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev as his aircraft entered Pakistani airspace on Thursday, media reported.
A six-member squadron of PAF fighter jets welcomed the aircraft of the distinguished guest in a remarkable display of hospitality and brotherhood. The formation leader extended a warm welcome to the Uzbek president on behalf of the prime minister and the people of Pakistan.
The aerial salute was described as a testament to the resolve of the Pakistan Armed Forces to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
The grand aerial reception also served as a clear manifestation of goodwill, reflecting the long-standing friendship and shared brotherhood between Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
