Turkmenistan to Launch Specialized Foreign Language School in Arkadag

A general education school in Arkadag, Turkmenistan, is set to undergo a major upgrade, transforming into a specialized institution offering in-depth foreign language instruction.
The modernization plan was approved during a working visit to Arkadag by the national leader of the Turkmen people, following a presentation by Mayor G. Mammadova, according to Turkmen media cited by The Caspian Post.
The revamped school will be equipped with state-of-the-art language laboratories and internationally compliant classrooms, designed to prepare students for undergraduate and postgraduate studies abroad.
The initiative aims to broaden opportunities for Turkmen youth to master foreign languages, access higher education, and engage more effectively in global scientific and professional spheres, reinforcing the country’s long-term education strategy.
