Turkmen Law Student Wins Second Place at International Science Competition

N. Bayriev, a fourth-year law student at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, secured second place at the 23rd International Research Competition, Best Scientific Work – 2025.
The contest was organized by the International Center for Scientific and Educational Cooperation in Penza, Russia, and was held online, The Caspian Post reported, citing Turkmen media.
Bayriev’s research paper, titled “The Legal Foundations of National Security in Turkmenistan and the Specifics of Ensuring It,” earned high praise from the jury for its depth, analytical strength and relevance.
The study was conducted under the supervision of O. Sukhanberdieva, a senior lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law and a candidate of legal sciences.
